Chela and Chiquita have been a couple for a long time, but over the years they have ossified in their roles within the relationship. While the extroverted Chiquita organizes their life together, Chela prefers to spend her days behind her easel in dim light. The couple's financial situation is not rosy, forcing them to sell off parts of their inherited furniture - even if they are memorabilia.
